Naming (Welcome) Ceremonies
By hosting a Naming Ceremony, you are welcoming and celebrating additions to your family.
The guest of honour may be a newborn baby, stepchild, adopted child or a loved one of any age.
Names are not changed – names are announced and accepted.
Naming Ceremonies are not Religious Baptisms or Christenings; however, you may wish to ask special friends or family to promise guidance and support through the journey of their lives as - for example - Godparents, Guiding Hands, Mentors or Life Friends.
A unique certificate will be designed and presented to you, or the guest of honour if age permits, to commemorate the occasion.
